Mindfulness meditation can help BIPOC cope, given its emphasis on gaining awareness and acceptance of emotions associated with discriminatory treatment. However, mindfulness meditation rarely reaches BIPOC and digital approaches could reduce this treatment gap by addressing traditional barriers to care."
