"Bernadine Y. Waller is passionate about eradicating gender violence. She is an Adjunct Professor and doctoral candidate at Adelphi University School of Social Work whose trauma-informed work as a clinician inspires her research. Her interest also include developing culturally competent interventions for male perpetrators. She is currently the principal investigator of a project analyzing a UN Women-developed batterer intervention program in Barbados and her work was most recently published in a top academic journal, Aggression and Violent Behavior."
