Returns:

• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• To start a return, please contact us at Chantel@wholecarenyc.com with your order number.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non refundable (unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong item).

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item, just start a return and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
