With a duty to stay culturally competent and inclusive Kizha explains why the organization replaced the term "people of color" with BIPOC and the importance of doing so. I personally think language and terminology is very important when doing anti-racism work and fighting for social justice. To be fair I don't think most people 30 and older or anyone outside of the political world know of this terminology so I think it's fair to allow people to educate themselves in this ever changing world.
