Sex is extremely taboo in all cultures of color. We're slut shamed for exploring and trying to learn and there are unrealistic standards even though we aren't properly educated on it. I think this deeply contributes to mental health. Sex should be normalized and talked about because a lot of shame and hate is rooted in it. Sex work is even accepted as the profession it is these days. Once your confident in your journey with sex a lot of things in your personal relationship to Self and others will change for the better.
